We cater an enthusiastic, creative community of learners continuing to develop their intellectual, emotional, and physical development throughout their academic and professional careers with our highest levels of well qualified and experienced staff. Our Staff are well trained to prepare our trainees to become productive, responsible, ethical, creative and compassionate members of society excelling in their area of interests.

We believe in inculcating knowledge and required skills specialising in meeting individual learning needs of each and every learner where each learner matters. We foster our trainee’s passion for learning, encourage them to adapt modern and innovative Education with our organisation we strongly believe in effective and assessed training always results in Effective Learning regardless of age, gender or venue of our clients as we provide all possible training modes, Face to face, Online or even training at your doors.

Jo Benn

SEN Head, TALEdu

A teacher of 20+ years in primary, secondary and tertiary education, both mainstream and SEN, as a lecturer, teacher, tutor in class, small group and one to one delivery.

Covering Maths, Business studies, English up to and including degree level. Four Years International Experience in the Middle East

BA Honours Degree in Service Sector Management, Post Graduate Certificate of Education Business Management, Post Graduate Certificate Professional Training and Development.

Other qualifications include:QTLS : Qualified Teaching and Learning Status, HND in Management, IELTS , TEFL, Special Educational Needs (SEN) Diploma

Shadiya Majeed

IT Head, TALEdu

I am a Software Engineer with Masters of Computer Science and Engineering, having more than 11 years of experience in software teaching and industrial field. Proficient in planning and developing appropriate teaching programs to optimize the learning process while effectively addressing student needs, and skilled in integrating relevant technology to support classroom instruction and learning activities.

Carol

Tutor, TALEdu

Carol has been teaching for over 20 years at colleges and universities in the UK, China, and various countries in the Middle East. She has taught young learners in Spain and was involved in a teacher training programme with the British Council, Amman, Jordan. She has shared her extensive international teaching experience on a teacher training programme in Mongolia where she trained over 150 teachers to teach a learner-centred approach in secondary schools.

Sandra Roode

Tutor, TALEdu

Ms Sandra Roode is a qualified Counselling Psychologist, therapist, lecturer, instructor, life coach and registered teacher with 25 years of work experience in academic and business entities. She was born in South Africa and resides in Cape Town. After five years of international experience in tutoring, coaching, guiding and building the self-esteem of students with Special Educational Needs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, she joined the team at TAL as Head of Special Education Needs (SEN). Her qualifications include a MA Counselling Psych degree, PGDip Ed, PGDip Hospitality & Business Management and a TESOL blended learning certificate.

As a native English speaker with a positive attitude, patience and high energy levels, she has managed numerous complex projects. In the course of her business activities and psychology practice she identified the absence of unique, assessed, mentored programs for individuals with special educational needs. Her vision is to help young people overcome learning difficulties that may be an impediment to fully optimising their educational opportunities on their way to becoming confident adults.
